All our chocolates, bars, novelties and truffles are made by hand in our own workshop. We make them with care and hope you will enjoy them so we suggest you use the following guidelines:
Storing: all chocolate should be stored out of direct sunlight and away from scented foods and other items.
The recommended temperature range is critical. Outside this range our chocolate will deteriorate and the vibrant flavours we hope you will appreciate and enjoy, will fade.
Our chocolates, truffles, bars and novelties should not be stored in a refrigerator as they will cause the chocolates to become damp and sticky and will probably result in surface ‘blooming’.
Our artisan range of chocolates and truffles should be stored within the temperature range of +5C and +18C and for maximum pleasure from our vibrant flavours we recommend you eat them within 6 weeks.
Our individually hand-poured Bars and Novelties should be stored above +5C and below +18C. If kept in fluctuating ambient temperature the high gloss finish me slightly dull but this does not affect the quality or flavour.
