Tempering Chocolate Workshop
Our popular tempering chocolate workshop is designed specifically for people who want to improve their chocolate skills.
This workshop is not suitable for beginners.All our workshops are held in our professional kitchen and under the guidance of Saffire’s Chocolatier. This workshop usually starts at 10.30 and lasts approximately one hour although other start times can be arranged as long as it can be fitted in to our work schedule. Our Tempering chocolate workshop will last about 45 minutes. During that time you will learn how to temper chocolate using a microwave and without the use of a thermometer. During the session you will work with 2 different types of chocolate, of your choice. You will be shown how to flavour chocolate, add surface decorations and inclusions as well as making bars and solid novelties. At the end of the session you will take home all you have made and enough knowledge to try this at home.
£50 each. Maximum class size is 2 peoplePlease note, these workshops are not suitable for anyone with a dairy or nut allergy. We do not allow observers within the workshop. Limited viewing is possible from the shop. We are happy to accommodate your disability, therefore please inform us at the time of your booking so we can make appropriate arrangements. CANCELLATION & RE-BOOKINGWorkshop spaces and vouchers are non-refundable, but you can gift them to another person. We require AT LEAST 48 hours notice for cancellations so we can offer you an alternative date, less than 48 hours notice will mean NO refund or alternative dates offered.
